FORMAT

GROUP STAGE

• Game duration is 10 minutes one way
• 3 points for a win; 1 point for a draw; 0 points for a defeat
• The top two teams in each group progress to the cup stage
• The bottom two teams in each group progress to the plate stage
• Final standings are determined by: 1. Points; 2. Goals Scored; 3. Least goals conceded; 4. Head-to-head result; 5. Penalty shoot-out
• In the event of a kit clash, the team listed second must wear bibs

PLATE AND CUP

• Quarter-final and semi-final game duration is 10 minutes one way
• Final game duration is 8 minutes each way with an immediate change of ends
• In the knock out phases, should a match end in a draw, then 4 minutes additional time shall be played and if still a draw, penalties will take place, three for each team followed by sudden death.
